Account Creation & Security
When registering on 43p7k, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and payment details. Creating an account with false or incorrect information is a direct violation of our Terms and may result in permanent account closure. Each user may only hold one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all deposits. Once registration is complete, a verification code will be sent to you and must be submitted within the specified timeframe. Your account will remain inactive until the registration process is fully completed.

Payments, Transactions & BDT Policy

Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
43p7k reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any user account at any time, for any reason — particularly in cases of Terms violations. Users will be notified of the reason via email or through support, and an appeal process may be made available. If you wish to close your account yourself, contact our support team and withdraw any available balance before closure. Reactivation may not be possible once an account is permanently closed. Balances in accounts closed due to abuse or fraud allegations may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.
43p7k may modify these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the revision. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify you at your registered email address. Please ensure your account always has a valid, active email address on file.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bangladesh. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. These Terms supersede any prior oral or written agreements between 43p7k and the user. Where both English and Bangla versions of these Terms exist, the Bangla version shall take legal precedence.
